OUR STORY
Dobry Garden began long before it had a name.
It began around tables where tea was poured from old Slavic teaware and nobody was in a hurry to leave. In gardens where something was always growing. In conversations that lasted longer than the tea stayed hot.

“Dobry is the family name I took when I married my husband, Dr. Yuriy Dobry.”
Yuriy and I had both traveled far from where our stories began. He carried Russian and Ukrainian Jewish heritage. I came from Ghana carrying traditions of family, hospitality, gathering, color and celebration.
We came from different worlds and somehow found one another. Together we built a family, a home and a life in California.

After losing Yuriy, I found myself returning to small rituals.
Making tea. Going into the garden. Writing. Sitting quietly. Caring for my family. Watching the light move across the hills. Growing things.
Those rituals became part of the wellness world I was creating through DobryLife and Helper33. Eventually, they became Dobry Garden.
We create botanical teas for the different moments that make up a life: energetic mornings, demanding afternoons, conversations that run long, quiet evenings and the few minutes we sometimes need entirely to ourselves. Selected teas also connect to digital wellness rituals — bringing together something ancient and beautifully simple with tools designed for modern life.
The garden grows in California — herbs, botanicals and the life that surrounds the tea. But every blend is curated in Australia, where our tea atelier sources premium leaves from trusted partners who share our standards. Every tea is 100% organic, all natural, vegan, ethically sourced, cruelty free and kind to the environment — because the cup should never cost the earth it came from.
Our warehouse in Australia welcomes visitors — come see where the tea is blended, tasted and packed. And we ship across the US from Texas, so your order reaches you wherever the garden finds you.

WE DON'T BELIEVE WELLNESS NEEDS TO BE PERFECT
Sometimes it begins with boiling water.
Opening a pouch.
Watching leaves unfurl.
Using the beautiful cup instead of saving it.
Sitting in the garden for ten minutes.
Calling someone you love.
Beginning again tomorrow.
Dobry Garden is our invitation to make a little more room for the good things in life.
GROW SOMETHING GOOD.
